Return Policy

This Return & Dispute Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Zech Pharma Limited . By engaging in transactions with Zech Pharma Limited, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following provisions:

1. Acceptance of Disputes
1.1 Zech Pharma Limited expressly recognizes and accepts the right of Clients to raise disputes in
connection with transactions, services, or products provided by the Company.
1.2 All disputes shall be duly recorded, acknowledged, and reviewed in accordance with this Policy and
applicable law.
2. Dispute Review and Determination
2.1 Upon receipt of a dispute, Zech Pharma Limited shall conduct a fair and impartial review, taking into
account all relevant documentation, evidence, and representations provided by the Client.
2.2 The Company shall issue a determination within a reasonable period, not exceeding 15 business days
unless exceptional circumstances require a longer period, in which case the Client shall be duly notified.
2.3 As Zech Pharma Limited, we accept the refund decisions of payment service providers in payments
received from customers by payment service providers
3. Payment Upon Resolution
3.1 In the event that a dispute is resolved in favor of the Client, Zech Pharma Limited shall remit the
applicable refund, reimbursement, or other financial payment without undue delay.
3.2 Such Payment shall be made through the original method of payment used by the Client, unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Zech Pharma Limited shall initiate payment within 7 business days following the issuance of a final
resolution.
4. Client Obligations
4.1 The Client shall provide all relevant information, documentation, and cooperation reasonably required
by Zech Pharma Limited in order to facilitate a fair resolution of the dispute.
4.2 Failure to provide sufficient evidence or information may result in delay or denial of the claim.
5. Limitations
5.1 Zech Pharma Limited reserves the right to reject any dispute that is found to be frivolous, fraudulent,
abusive, or otherwise lacking in merit.
5.2 This Policy does not affect or limit any statutory rights of the Client under applicable consumer
protection or financial services legislation.
5.3 Zech Pharma Limited’s liability under this Policy is strictly limited to the amount of the disputed
transaction.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, United States, and any
disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
